1. Who we are

2. Acceptance
By visiting this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Statements about sound level (up to 130 dB) are provided by the manufacturer. We may correct pricing or description errors and, if this happens after your order, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm or cancel with a full refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock errors, suspected fraud or payment problems, in which case you will be fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and are normally delivered within 4 to 8 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or other events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation, without affecting your legal rights. Shipping is included in the price and insured against loss or damage in transit. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
7. Returns, refunds and defective products
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Legal guarantee
Products come with the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law to consumers. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Safe use of the product
The personal alarm is a deterrent and attention-getting device. It does not guarantee protection from harm and is not a substitute for emergency services or for personal precautions. Test it only at a safe distance and avoid holding it close to your ears, as loud noise can damage hearing. Keep it out of the reach of small children. Use it only in lawful ways.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under consumer law.
12. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
