Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with similar laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies to all products, including discounted ones.

To withdraw, contact us at thesipsafeclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and return the product within 14 days of notifying us. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid entirely by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot be responsible for packages lost on the way back to us.

We will refund the price of the product, plus the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund goes to your original payment method. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.

2. Extended 90-day guarantee (voluntary)

In addition to your legal rights, non-discounted products may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund, under the same conditions as above and with return shipping paid by the customer.

This extended period does not apply to discounted or sale items. Sale items can only be returned within the legal 14-day period or if they are defective (section 3).

3. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, you are always covered, including sale items. Contact us at thesipsafeclub@gmail.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a refund, and we will pay the return shipping for these cases. You do not need to send the product back until we confirm it.

4. Legal guarantee

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to products sold to consumers.
